Is there a trial?

No. AdLupe costs €9.99 a month from the start and you can cancel any month. If it does not fit, cancel in the dashboard under Subscription and nothing is charged after the current month.

Can I subscribe as a private individual?

Accepted Answer

No. AdLupe is only for businesses and the self-employed who use it for work. You confirm this with a tick before you pay. The invoice shows VAT; with a VAT ID from another EU country the reverse charge applies.

How do I cancel?

In the dashboard under Subscription, in one click through Stripe. The subscription ends with the current month, until then you keep every feature.

Where does the data come from?

Accepted Answer

From the public ad libraries: Meta's Ad Library for Facebook and Instagram and Google's Ads Transparency Center. The EU's Digital Services Act requires large platforms to disclose their ads, so AdLupe shows Meta ads for markets in the EU. For TikTok and LinkedIn, AdLupe links each competitor straight to the library.

Which countries does AdLupe cover?

16 countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Czechia, Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Ireland. Each company picks up to three markets. Meta ads are available for the EU countries; in Switzerland AdLupe shows Google ads.

The libraries show a moment, for one platform and one advertiser. AdLupe records what's new and what stopped, for all your competitors on one page.

How do I connect Claude or ChatGPT?

In the dashboard under Claude & ChatGPT, copy the connector URL, add it in the chat app and confirm with Allow in AdLupe. Not every ChatGPT plan supports custom connectors.

Who can see which competitors I track?

Only your team. The ads are public, your list isn't: other companies can't see who you track.
